How can my employees book workspaces?
After the admins add/send invites to employees, they receive an email with an activation code.
Employees can book workspaces by entering the activation code on the myHQ Mobile App. This activates their account and adds them to the team plan. They will be able to book workspaces through the app and the admins can see the booking data on the dashboard.
Currently, we don’t support any bookings through the dashboard. Employees can book workspaces through the app on their own.
