How does KYC verification happen?
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a crucial step in ensuring the security and authenticity of our virtual office subscribers. We at myHQ collect all KYC details from the clients and share these details with our supply partners with the client subscription.
KYC Verification includes following steps:
- KYC Submission: After a user has purchased a virtual office subscription, they are required to complete e-verification of KYC using either PAN/AADHAR/Video KYC . These details are shared to you post completion of KYC process from user.
- KYC is marked 'Client's KYC pending' when user is yet to submit KYC details.
- KYC is marked 'Approval pending' when user completes the KYC process for approval.

- KYC Verification: The submitted details and documents can then be carefully reviewed and verified by your team. Post analysing the details we allow our supply partners to either 'Accept' or 'Reject' the KYC details submitted.

- Communication: Users are promptly informed of the outcome of their KYC verification. If approved, they can proceed with their virtual office subscription. If rejected, they are guided on how to resubmit the necessary documents for review.
The KYC verification process is a vital part of maintaining security and compliance, and it ensures a trustworthy environment for all users of our virtual office services.
