myHQ Credits: Value and Usage Restrictions

What is the value of 1 myHQ credit? Any restrictions on the usage of credits?

1 myHQ credit = 1.5 INR. However myHQ is running all time offers where you get 1 credit at max 1.2 INR and sometimes at as low as 0.95 INR. There are no usage restrictions for myHQ credits
