How to update the expired documents for my workspace?
To update expired documents for your workspace, you have two convenient options
- Workspace Settings:
- Navigate to the workspace settings where you can find a clear list of expired documents, each tagged for easy identification.
- Locate the expired document you wish to update and click on the "Reupload" button next to it.
- Follow the prompts to upload the latest version of the document, ensuring it meets the required standards.
- Once uploaded, the document will be renewed, and its status will be updated in the workspace settings.
- Document Update During Sharing:
- If you're in the process of sharing documents with a user post their agreement acceptance, the "Share Document" option will be disabled for any expired documents.
- To update the expired document, click on the visible "Reupload" button. This action will redirect you to the workspace settings where you can proceed to upload the updated document.
- After reuploading, the document is ready for sharing, and users will have access to the latest version.
