Required Documents for Virtual Office Registration - myHQ

What documents does myHQ need for virtual office registration?

We require the following documents:

    1. Identity proof of all the directors

    2. Company name approval (if the directors have the same)

If an entity is already registered at some other address with GST and is looking to change or add another address, then the following additional documents are needed:
  1. Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (COI)

  2. Any other GST certificate

  3. The Company's Pan Card
